From the initial meeting with the sales rep, Tristan through the final installation I could not be more pleased with the quality of communication and service I received from Integrity. Property Manager Jason and Bella were responsive and proactive in their outreach and Juan, Jorge, Jesus, and Luis were professional and courteous throughout the installation. They also left the work area spotless upon completion. Itegrity installed a custom chimney cap and removed two skylights at no additional charge while providing me with a quality new roof that is both functional and attractive. I highly recommend this company that more than lives up to its name.

Integrity blew us away with their hard work and expertise. They checked-in throughout the project to make sure we were on the same page and pleased with their work. The project manager Jason explained things as they were happening. The foreman Juan kept the crew moving. We had a leak develop where the tile roofing met the glass on a sunporch. We contacted one roofing company that advertises a lot locally and they said we needed a complete new roof. $75K for good tile, $85K for better and $125K for metal. After catching our breath, we got a second estimate and they also said we needed a completely new roof, cost about $5K less. Then I called Integrity. Tristan Beard came out, did an inspection and told us we didn't need a new roof. We needed a replacement of the water membrane under the lower two rows of tiles and a new metal drip edge. Water had been seeping through at the edge of the roof, leaking into the sunporch and bypassing the gutters elsewhere. Estimate <$20K. Daniel Godinez (project manager) communicated with us for scheduling and came out with Luis Rocha, foreman, and Miguel. They completed the work in two days. The rotted fascia board from the leaks was removed and replaced, and new gutters installed. Today we had the first major rain since the work was done. No leaks! These are good people who will tell you what you need done and no more. Recommend highly

Really appreciated the entire Integrity Roofing experience. The estimator Peter patiently and thoroughly educated me about why Malarkey shingles are superior: the SBS polymer-modified (rubberized) asphalt which retains granules, improving durability. Peter gave a competitive bid and warranty. Project Coordinator Bella scheduled us earlier than originally planned to avoid rainy fall weather. Foreman Eduardo and crew did an excellent roofing job, installing plywood over an existing shiplap roof, installing all flashing, underlayment, ice and water shield, and Legacy shingles as specified in the contract. They worked a long first day to ensure underlayment covered the entire roof, and finished the second day. They carefully cleaned up. Project Manager Jason always reacted positively to my requests, in particular on caulk/flashing and ensuring adequate ventilation. Roof looks great, and should last many years!

So our insurance company told us they would cancel our insurance if we did not replace our roof. We contacted several companies and settled on Integrity Roofing as they seemed to offer the best product at the best price. We had to get approval from our HOA first. They initially said our shingles did not weigh enough. So we talked to Tovah at Integrity roofing and thank God for her. She called our HOA and talked to them about our shingles and the next day we got approval by our HOA. She spent a lot of time going thru this with our HOA and we want a shout out to TOVAH.

Integrity crew put on a new shingle roof for us. They were very professional and we received excellent service. The new roof looks great and we could not be happier.

Great job, well supervised and planned. Some underlying issues with complete roof install by integrity done 2+ years ago.They honored the 100% warranty repair costs that was quoted with the original roof replacement. The roof shingles matched exactly. It seemed they took the time to return the roof to its original color match.

Hats off to the crew from Integrity Roofing! They called to confirm their arrival time and once on site they worked safely, professionally and efficiently until complete. This included a complete tear off of old cedar shakes, some outdated cupolas and vent stacks as well as laying down sheeting for the new underlayment and shingles. They kept us informed of their status throughout the day. They finished ahead of schedule- early enough that they missed the pizza we brought home as a thank you for the professional job they did. Several days after the project the company sent an employee, Luiz, for a quality check of the installation work. The only hiccup was a delay between the sales/estimate visit and coordinating the installation date. Once the crew was on site any concerns were quickly put to rest. We're very satisfied with our choice to go with Integrity for this project.

I was so fortunate to have had project manager Alex G. and crew lead Samuel P and their crew install my new roof. They worked hard and fast and took the time not to disturb any of my plants around the house. When Alex saw problems with my roof after taking off the old shingles, he patiently explained how they were going to solve the problem and about how much more it would cost. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the final bill and it came out to be less than Alex said it would probably be. With the job that was done and the way they left my place clean, I would absolutely recommend this Crew with Integrity Roofing.
