As we wrap up another incredible year at Integrity Roofing & Construction, we are proud to reflect on the meaningful ways Integrity Cares has supported our community. Giving back is at the heart of who we are, and 2025 was filled with opportunities to show up for our neighbors, partner with local organizations, and make a difference where it matters most. We believe that strong communities are built through service, collaboration, and consistency, and we are honored to play an ongoing role in strengthening ours. Every act of care, every volunteer hour, and every donation reflects our core belief that businesses should invest in the people and places around them. This year, we were continually inspired by the generosity, resilience, and unity within our community.
Here is a look at what we accomplished together.
Supporting Kids, Students, and Families
This year, our team focused on helping local families feel supported, seen, and empowered. From school readiness to inclusive play experiences, investing in children and families remains one of the most meaningful ways we can positively impact the future. Education and youth development are essential to healthy communities, and we are passionate about ensuring young people have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
Some of this year’s highlights included:
- A school supply drive for North Kitsap Fishline, ensuring students started the school year prepared and confident.
- Backpack and school supply donations directly to families in need throughout the community.
- A low stimulation Trick-or-Treat event, making Halloween accessible and enjoyable for kids who thrive in quieter, sensory-friendly environments.
- Fun Day at Adventure Alley, an inclusive event created especially for children with special needs to play, explore, and simply enjoy being kids.
- Multiple school and field sponsorships in Poulsbo, Kingston, and Silverdale, helping support sports programs, extracurricular opportunities, and community-building events.
These events offered us the opportunity to connect with families in personal and meaningful ways. Seeing the joy on children’s faces, the relief from parents, and the gratitude from educators reinforced why this work matters. The chance to support school events and youth sports also allowed us to invest in environments where teamwork, confidence, and community spirit grow every day. It is our hope that these contributions help open doors for students who might otherwise face barriers.
Standing With Families in Need
One of the most impactful moments of 2025 was the opportunity to donate a roof to a local family in need, providing safety, stability, and peace of mind during a difficult time. A secure roof is more than a structure. It is security, privacy, dignity, and the feeling of home. Being able to use our skills and resources to meet such an essential need reminded us of the privilege and responsibility we hold as part of the construction industry.
We were also grateful to support local families during the holiday season by donating 30 turkeys and 380 pounds of food to North Kitsap Fishline, helping ensure more families could enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal together without financial stress. The holidays can be especially challenging for families navigating financial hardship. Contributing in a small way to help ease that burden meant a great deal to our team.
Supporting Local Causes, Nonprofits, and Events
Throughout the year, we strengthened partnerships with organizations doing important and life changing work in Kitsap County. These relationships continue to teach us how much good is possible when people combine their strengths. Our support included:
- GO Gala sponsor

- Kitsap for Veterans Breakfast sponsor
- YoungLife supporter, helping send local students to camp
- Contributor to the Memories Matter Alzheimer’s Banquet
These events and organizations represent a wide range of causes, from veterans services to youth mentorship to support for families facing Alzheimer’s. Each one reflects the diverse needs within our community and the power of collective impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside leaders and volunteers who pour their time and energy into helping others.
Caring for Animals in Our Community
Our compassion extended to animals as well. In partnership with the Kitsap Humane Society, we sponsored puppachinos for shelter dogs, giving them comfort and encouragement while they wait to be adopted into loving homes. Small gestures can have a big impact on the emotional well-being of animals in transition, and supporting these efforts was one of the most uplifting parts of our year. We believe that the health of a community includes the care of all its members, including its four legged friends.
Looking Ahead
The past year was filled with connection, compassion, and commitment to our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who partnered with us, volunteered with us, donated alongside us, or supported these initiatives in any way. Integrity Cares is more than a program.
