Everyone at Integrity was great from John who came out to give us the estimate to the team in the office when I showed up to pick out the color, Luis on his communication of the project and his team for the efficient job they did. After 6 months of mostly frustrating dealings with local roofing companyβs I finally selected INTEGRITY. We had to remove a deck on our master bedroom due to original bad structural design which causes water intrusion to our garage. His team of professionals ensured everything is communicated and I was well informed throughout the process. Mauricio and Jose (under Ikaika's supervision) did a great job completing the repairs way ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend Integrity Roofing. The entire process of getting a new roof was a very smooth transaction and Aaron was my point of contact from beginning to end. Aaron was not slick & pushy but simply laid out the facts. It was clear to us that he was a roofer who β¦ More wanted to make a living and not a salesman. We had other companies try to wear us down with their sales tactics and call their managers to see if they could lower the price more.
The build process was very organized and Nico & his crew were careful with our property and had very high safety standards.
Bella was always on top of any written communication to eliminate any questions with scope & schedule of the project.
