77FT METAL ROOF PANELS MADE ON SITE

CUSTOM MADE ON SITE 😮 This is a Nu Ray Metals 24Gauge NRM 2000 mechanically seamed roof panel in Carbon color with 2 Pencil Ribs for accenting and extra panel strength.

Due to the length of these panels at 77ft they are fastened with 2 piece sliding thermal clips to allow for maximum movement with expansion and contraction caused by temperature fluctuations.

Each panel seam is sealed with non-skinning butyl sealant and then seamed together with a machine that rolls and crimps over the lock insuring a watertight seal.

These can be installed on a 1/2:12 pitch which is nearly flat.

Our guys out installing some 35 foot 26 gauge NRM 1750 1 3/4 inch seem with thermal expansion clips in regal white @nuray_metals panels on this commercial marine warehouse in miller bay.

The thermal expansion clips are crucial. A 35 foot panel can expand up to a quarter inch. This repeated process will eventually back out a fastener. Almost finished up with this complete bathroom remodel out in indianola Washington.We took out the dividing wall opening up the space a bit. Added in a beam that we then wrapped in cedar trim, added in a new light fixture to really brighten up the space and allow the new cedar throughout the bathroom to really shine. This cozy bathroom is the perfect fit for a small home nestled in the trees of the Pacific Northwest!
